The tendency of increasing the number of remote operations has appeared since March, when the state of emergency was established in the Republic of Moldova. Thus, if in the first two months of 2020 around 400 thousand transactions per month were carried out. Since March, their number began to grow rapidly, reaching more than 600 thousand transactions per month.

In order to encourage convenient and secure online transactions, Moldindconbank constantly comes with offers and promotions for its customers. A first in the country was the campaign carried out in April - May, when the bank rewarded its customers, holders of VISA cards, with 5% cashback for each bill paid through the mobile application. For this purpose, the bank offered prizes in the total amount of MDL 2 million. At the same time, from April to August, the bank offered over 30 thousand free cards to all those who do not yet hold a Moldindconbank card.
